Total engineering
Volantis’ duties include the so-called civil aspects of engineering activities: all buildings, infrastructure projects, utilities and installations integrated into the buildings. As the client’s representative, we supervise the construction and modification of industrial production facilities, including offices, logistics spaces and production halls, cleanrooms and laboratories, grounds and roads, wastewater treatment plants, transformer rooms with power supplies and all other electric powers required. The Plant Design team of our business partner VIRO, a prominent engineering company with branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, engineers and builds the production process: the machines, installations and reactors with integrated piping. The process is then put into operation, which involves a start-up, test and test run. Naturally, it also involves maintenance at a later stage.
EPCM
In association with our business partner VIRO , we realise all stages of engineering projects subject to EPCM and UAV-gc contracts. As a result, we can significantly reduce the amount of work our clients have to do themselves, complete projects faster and give the client complete control of procurement and the price-performance ratio of the things they procure.

Gain time
Volantis will design and make arrangements for your call for tenders. During this procedure we will draft the invitations to tender and submit to the client a list of selected contractors, as well as the reasons why we believe they might be suitable candidates for the job. Once the tender has been awarded to an implementing partner and the permits have been issued, the project can be implemented at once.

Innovative energy transfer methods
Process improvement and maintenance are directed by Volantis if they concern energy-related issues or greener energy, reduced energy consumption or energy neutrality. The same is true for the engineering and installation of HVAC systems. Volantis prevents excess energy consumption – for instance, by installing systems involving heat pumps, distributing energy within a production facility, or reusing heat and cold. We excel at, and are innovative with regard to, rendering such energy transfer methods technically and financially feasible. We quantify the energy savings and the reduction in carbon and nitrogen emissions, and explain them in a way that is easily understood by all members of your organisation.
