View the video below to take a virtual tour of SABIC’s advanced recycling factory in Geleen, the Netherlands. The joint venture (SABIC Plastic Energy Advanced Recycling B.V.) is in the final stage of construction. When it becomes operational, it will recycle 20,000 tonnes of plastic waste annually.
By completing this factory, we hope to reduce the amount of plastic waste that ends up in landfill and incinerators and to create a more circular economy for plastics in the Netherlands and Europe.
