Volantis has three branches in various regions, including two branches in Limburg (Venlo and Geleen) and one in Eindhoven. Our Limburg- and Eindhoven-based architectural consultancy firms are close to their clients. We know the regions well and have a good idea of what is happening there. Volantis’ Geleen branch is located on the Brightlands Chemelot campus, a place where many of our clients are headquartered themselves.
Our Venlo-based architects and other specialists have their offices in Villa Flora. Villa Flora is the prestigious and sustainable building that was realised in 2012, partially by Volantis. Comfort and well-being play a major role already during the drawing phase. This goes beyond taking aspects such as light, ventilation and acoustics into account. We design healthy buildings where people who use the building feel comfortable. More focus on surroundings plays a major role. We therefore start by exploring the future location of the project and take stock of the possibilities offered by zoning plans. This may influence the form of the design.

Circular renovation project
The increasing importance of recycling materials is resulting in innovative and challenging renovation projects. Our renovations architects in Limburg and Eindhoven determine how to green existing buildings: we create entirely new and sustainable buildings out of the existing materials. For instance, we repurposed a dated commercial property in Helmond and converted it into office space. The space, which was almost completely closed, was turned into a pleasant workspace by means of long, rectangular skylights, while the original structure was partly kept visible. The light interior reflects the new course adopted by Nedschroef.
